Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. International shipping availability and timelines will be specified at checkout. Jerseys are manufactured and shipped to order and will take longer to arrive. Jerseys can take up to 4 weeks to arrive with customer.

3. Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on order weight and/or destination.

4. Tracking Information:
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped when applicable.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Refund Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at support@anticesports.com.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
The customer may be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item, at the discretion of Antic Esports Limited.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Customized or sale items.
Digital products or downloadable content.

4. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and we will send a replacement once the original item is received at the cost of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.
